Onsite IT Support

Iconis provides access to a technical team that will be dedicated to your business. Ideally they will be based at office locations that you do require them to be at. Outsourcing your IT support to Iconis means that we manage the support team whilst allowing you to focus on the most important aspects of your business. A central helpdesk allows all workloads or tasks to be assigned to a ticket. This also allows our onsite engineers to have access to other support channels from the helpdesk.

Remote IT Support

The remote management and support services that we provide allow us to maximize up time and availability. Whilst we provide managed services, this is coupled with remote support engineers that work closely with onsite engineers to resolve any identified issues. Iconis has realized and adopted a culture that allows client IT personnel to reach out to our remote resource services. We essentially become a service provider not only to the client but also to the in-house IT stuff.
